FAQ

Your questions, our answers

Should you sedate a cat before grooming it?

No, we do not use sedation. Our approach is based on patience and reading the cat’s body language. If a cat is truly too stressed, we stop and work with your veterinarian to find an alternative.

My cat has never been groomed — is it stressful for him?

We tailor each session to the cat’s temperament: no loud blow-drying, a quiet space, and gentle handling. For the most sensitive cats, we can split the grooming session into two parts. Most cats calm down after a few minutes.
